I am having trouble identifying application software and system software. I feel like if I start the computer basics track over , I will be able to sort it out.

229,644 PointsYou can't reset your progress, but you can always manually select the first course, and from the course index select the first video and then continue from there.

229,644 PointsIf I understand correctly from a previous answer progress can only be reset for the entire account and not for a particular course or track. Has that changed?
