reverse evens

What is the problem here?

slices.py
def first_4(item):
    return item[0:4]

def first_and_last_4(item):
    return item[:4] + item[-4:]

def odds(item):
    return item[1::2]

def reverse_evens(item):
    if len(item) % 2 == 0:
        return item[:-1:-2]

I see you've set the function up to handle the case where the list has an even number of items.

But shouldn't it also return something when the list has an odd number of items instead?
