Route index.php

The question I'm struggling with is: Add a 'get' route '/hello' to index.php.

My code is below, I would appreciate exact descriptive help as I'm fairly confused.

index.php
<?php
require 'Slim.php';

$app = new \Slim\Slim();

/* add your code below this line */
$app->get('/hello/:name', function ($name) {
  echo "Hello, $name";
});

/* add your code above this line */

$app->run();

$app->get('/hello', function () {

});
?>

Task 2 asks to echo Hello There
