Can someone give me a hint on the Multiplication and Division task in the Ruby Basics course? I don't know what I'm supposed to do

b = 2

Hey Christian,

This one, I can't really give a hint without giving the answer as well. So, I will give the answer for Task 1, but I will leave Task 2 up to you.

The challenge want you to declare another variable called "product." To this variable, it wants you assign the value of "a" multiplied by "b." So...

a = 6
b = 2
product = a * b

Hope that helps. Keep Coding! :) :dizzy:

Thanks! :)
