Sure. It has all the basic stuff you would need to develop in Rails, including the supporting stuff like git and databases.

but what about javascript? and ruby ? in same time? i mean i know basic JS but doing it again and wont is mess my thinking? with ruby?

You won't have much Javascript in the course. The introduction to Javascript is mostly to explain some general foundations of programming. After which you will mostly focus using Ruby.

You will also learn how to use very useful development tools including Git, Terminal and Databases (all can work with other projects, whether it is PHP, Python and other).

After you have a good understanding of Ruby, which is fairly simple if you already know some Javascript, you will learn how to create an application in Rails (a framework based on the Ruby language, not to confuse both). Basic training in Test Driven Development (TDD), Model-View-Controller (MVC), and more.
