Running api and app, just get a blank screen (below header)

Downloaded, unzipped. I had to change the port to 3001 in server.js to avoid port conflict. Running both api and server and I get the header of the app to load, but everything else is blank. The error message is: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

XHR finished loading: GET "http://localhost:3001/questions".
