Sass installation cmd line Windows "execution-policy" issue

Having technical issue running Sass from my local machine command line/Windows power shell. I have node package manager (npm) so i was able to intall it using npm install -g sass However. now I am getting the following message when running Sass -

sass : File C:\Users\jlee4\AppData\Roaming\npm\sass.ps1 cannot be loaded. The file C:\Users\jlee4\AppData\Roaming\npm\sass.ps1 is not digitally signed. You cannot run this script on the current system. For more information about running scripts and setting execution policy, see about_Execution_Policies at https:/go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=135170. At line:1 char:1

  • sass
  • ~~~~
    • CategoryInfo : SecurityError: (:) [], PSSecurityException
    • FullyQualifiedErrorId : UnauthorizedAccess

So now I need to change my Execution policy, which is currently set at AllSigned. I could change it to Bypass or Unrestricted but I don't want my machine to be exposed to security risk just for Sass. I'm looking up windows execution policy docs and trying to find how to put an exception for Sass, but it just seems this is getting too complicated. Can anyone advise?
