sass watch command

Is anyone having problems with overwrite. When I use the watch command it overwrites once but does not detect any other changes.

I think it just takes time. I was about to add 'me too' and noticed the overwrite messaging had come through on the console.

Since I'm not too familiar to the command console I downloaded the scout app and that does do the overwrite.
