"Save button not working on click" and I've looked at the recent posts. No result

I cannot get the ng-click to log within the console. Every time I click on "save" nothing appears within the console. Also I have no errors showing within the console as well. Thank you in advance!

angular.module("todoListApp", [])
.controller('mainCtrl', function($scope) {
  $scope.helloWorld = function () {
    console.log("Hello there! This is the main controller running.");
  };
});

  <div class="actions">

Never mind, found the error! The "actions div" was not set within the "ng-controller div"

Did the same exact thing, thanks for the heads up.
