Save image in mongo db

How can I store the image in the mongo db using express?

I have read couple of solutions in stakoverflow but I could not understand. So could you please explain in lucid way. HTML code is:-

          <form method='post'>
             <input type="file" name='image'>
             <input type='submit' value='submit'>
          <from>

And also, how to verify that the file given as input is image type.
