The wording is re-arranged so that you can re-order it to ensure that you understand the formatting.

In this case,

favoriteColor is the variable name. String is the variable type.

This is equal to whatever your favorite color is, the actual color does not matter. i.e. = "red" ;

You have to change the format to how you would normally declare a String.

i.e.

VariableType variableName = value;

@Calvin Nix I am trying to figure out what you mean by : VariableType variableName = value since I am to do a task like this: favoriteColor String equals "";
