Python Python Basics (2015) Logic in Python Conditional Value

set variable to none

The error keeps saying that line one has a string. I'm not sure how to fix it. I didn't create the initial variable

Hi there! You're doing fine, and you're really close. Remember that every if statement should end with a colon ":". Once you fix that, you will have to change the capitalization on true to True. Just about everything in programming is case-sensitive.

Hope this helps! :sparkles:

Thanks, the issue was the colon at the end of line 2. Thank you
