Setting color of anchor elements

Instructions say: Set the color of anchor elements inside the nav element to white using a hexideci. value.

Error/bummer message reads: Make sure that you've styled links (a) elements inside the nav to be white with a hexideci. value.

The following CSS code looks correct:

I have tried it without ' link ' as well and nothing seems correct??

In order to set the color of the a inside the nav, you have to target it by using nav a then follow by the color. Like this

 nav a {
     color:#fff;
   }
