I noticed this in previous videos but when it came to creating a css file I decided to write. Several "small" issues seem to be assumed; they're not explained, such as what does the "#" mean, eg. #wrapper? He gave a VERY through explanation of a css rule but said nothing about the # sign. Other things like that were in previous videos.

Ex: #myID will select the element with the ID of myID.
The . selector will select all Classes with the specified value.
Ex: .myClass will select all elements with the class of 'myClass'
