2,108 PointsShake Detection- iPhone (simulator works- iPhone does not)
I was wondering if anyone else had this issue. During the crystal ball app creation.
When I run the app on various simulator sizes i.e. 3.5 inch and 4.0 inch, the shake gesture works and the prediction occurs.
Where as on the actual device it does not work. Shaking the device does not trigger event. I put in NS log events in for motionBegan & motionEnded & motionCancellled as well.... but are never triggered no matter how hard I shake the thing?
It is an iPhone 4 running IOS 6.1 ---3.5in.
I also made sure device volume is up etc.
I also downloaded another app from app store that has a shake feature and that app works fine on the phone.
I am puzzled:( Any thoughts..
