41,730 PointsShirts for Mike On Rails
I loved the shirts for mike php courses, but I think learning to build that same kind of ecommerce site on Rails would be fun to do. Does anyone know if the same concepts that were taught in PHP are easy to take over to Ruby on Rails.
For instance, having the shirts page list all of the shirts and then clicking one would take you to the individual shirt. I'm really unfamiliar with rails, so how easy is that do?

20,485 PointsThat does work in rails (you just have a shirts model). However, I am unsure of how an e-commerce site would work. I would google rails and e-commerce to see what you would all need.
