Should i do the tracks or just plough through the libary of the language i want to learn?

Hi guys,

I was just wondering if it's better to do tracks example ruby or php or go into the library and just go through it all.

Thanks Cameron

Tracks should be thought of as pre-requisite knowledge, so you should start at the beginning of a track if it's a new subject for you. In the beginning of a course, the instructors always identify the prerequisite course that you will need before beginning said course.

I also do a lot of hoping around, sometimes I'm not in the mood focus on a specific topic, so I learn a new subject to shake it up a bit and it keeps things interesting.

Well if you're new in programming / designing, I suggest do the tracks that you wanted to master. If not your just looking for references you can go through it all. You can pause and continue your tracks anyways. ;)
