Hey Sukhman,

I dream of making android apps and I am sure that you donยดt need to take Java course here to start coding in Android Studio and fall in LOOOOve with it. I know that in the beginning of the android track the teacher explains evrething you need to know. But if you dive deeper, you will surely need more Java understanding.

So for me I decided to take 3-4 month and learn Java Basics with Craig from scratch. And now I am sure I will deepen my Java beginner-knowledge taking Android developing course here. So next days I will start the android track and go for both courses.

I am sure that no matter what you are starting with ... it will be awesome and you will learn a lot.

Keep on rockin coding-bro !

So i should take java course first because i take build a simple android app and i got lost often BTW Thankyou you soo much for helping.

Hello Grigorij Schleifer , Hope you are doing good.

So you started with Java Basics track with Criag before jumping inot Android Developing track. Well I am also interested in learning Android Developing. Do you recommend going for the Java Basics before **Android Developing? I guess Sukhman Singh has this same question for you.

Thanks!

I would go with both courses and use this Forum all the time :) Read questions and try to answer them, google everething you are interestet in. Use YouTube (Derek Banas, New Boston and Slide Nerd) for Research and Stack Overflow.

See you around :)

Thanks Himanshu Chopra for translating my question bad at English you know lol!

Hello Sukhman Singh , Bro I really didn't have any intension of translating your question. Actually I had the same question in my mind and I thought this was the right post to ask my question. Btw your English isn't bad.

Thanks!

I think i would go for basic java course first because then i don't got lost and don't have any problem reading the Code.

Thankyou

I can also recommend going to Oracle's very own Java tutorials website. They are very in-depth and I find that using them in conjunction with the Java lessons on Treehouse very helpful. Here is the link: https://docs.oracle.com/javase/tutorial/

Thanx Rachelle Wood for the info. Sukhman Singh even I should start with Basic Java course. I have no experience in any programming language. I hope this Basic Java track works for me. :)

I have no programming experience too. But if you are excited as hell, as I am ... the journey will be stony but fun !!!

And I recommend to start with the java basic course and then move on with the android stuff, or better both courses....
