Should we always use Normalize? if not then when is it appropriate to use?

I am just trying to comprehend when we should use normalize and what should we put in it?

Not, you dont have to use it all the times. Grid will make it eaiser and less code

Depends.... Later on you're probably gonna use a framework. (frameworks already includes some kind of reset)

You can actually build your own reset file.

So, it's up to you. But if you want consistency/ your content displaying the same in all browsers always use some type of reset :)
