JavaScript JavaScript Functions Create Reusable Code with Functions Create and Call a Function

Shouldn't we get an error when we recall the function since inside it is a constant which value has been modified?

Why is this happening?

The variables inside a function are created fresh each time it is called. So any variable, including a "const", that was created in a previous call has already been disposed; and the one with the same name created in a later call is brand new.

Disposing happens just because of alert function running in the script or it always happens when under the functions?

Disposing occurs anytime there is no longer any way to access a variable, such as when a variable has function scope and the function ends.
