Silly question; Can't we copy and paste the font link from google font to our html document then style sheet?

I can't seem to copy and paste anything.

Yes that is very well possible. By visiting google fonts, it provides a link for your selection of fonts which you can place in the head section of your html document to later refer to in your css for styling. Absolutely! And great question, not a silly one! Hope that helped.

Just tp add on, here is a link to a youtube video explainong how to use google fots in your html. Its quite a long video, however, feel free to skip some parts as it may be unnecessary and just focus on the parts you need:
