6,117 PointsSimple Request: Total Time (per Section/Project)
Hey,
Maybe I'm missing it, but there doesn't seem to be a place anywhere on the site that displays the total time of all the videos within a section/project/chapter.
Currently, I'm just going through each video individually and calculating how far I'd get within an allotted period time. It'd just be nice to have a quick glance at a total runtime, and plan from there.
Anyways, Thanks for the great content.

39,199 PointsPersonally I don't find runtime all that useful (except for the business and design courses).
For all of the courses that have code challenges, video run time is only a fraction of the time it takes to complete a badge.
Personally I prefer to plan 1 hour per badge, some courses the badges are longer and some shorter. YMMV.

As a paid subscriber, I'm beginning to get the feeling that maybe Lynda.com was my best bet after all. I've gotten great support there, and good answers.

6,117 PointsIt'd wouldn't have to be intrusive in any way, it would just be nice to have it available (maybe in the tool tip for the progress bar above a course "8 Videos - 1hr 26m, 5 Quizzes, 2 Code Challenges"). I migrated to Team Treehouse from another service and it's just one of those features I miss.
