I've downloaded the "img" folder and saved it to desk top on my mac. The image name is "logo.gif".
<img src="img/logo.gif" alt="Smells Like Bakin">
This what I typed in the text editor but the image is not coming up in the browser (Google Chrome). What am I doing wrong?

3,343 PointsIt make take your good set of eyes, but it looks correct to me after double checking it a few times. This is what I typed. <img src="img/logo.gif" alt="Smells Like Bakin">

3,760 PointsPhil, I am unable to see any code here.
Phil Hemmings
3,343 PointsHmm! I think if you click on edit you should see it.

3,760 PointsEdit where? All I am able to see is your post that says, "It make take your good set of eyes, but it looks correct to me after double checking it a few times. This is what I typed.". There is no code snippet anywhere.

3,535 PointsAssuming you have typed everything correctly, you should make sure that the "img" folder you have downloaded is stored within the same file that your html is saved.
As long as the "img" folder itself is in the same place as your .html file, you should just be able to type "img/logo.gif" and see it perfectly in your browser. Otherwise when saved elsewhere you must type out the entire file path of the image.

3,760 PointsI'm not sure what's wrong Phil but I am unable to see your post. Perhaps you can put your code on paste bin or something and provide the link here?

3,343 PointsI will double check to make sure they are both saved to my deck top. Thanks Jonathan!

3,760 PointsOk. But ya man if you don't have your folders setup just as the example shows you, your path will be different right.
