When I copy and paste the code from( index .html ) into the console to receive the output from the (script .js) code, I receive the following syntax error:" SyntaxError: Unexpected token '<'"
- The code used is below-

229,744 PointsThe console doesn't know how to interpret HTML code, so that response is correct.
HTML code should be entered in the editor window frame above the console, when you have the index.html file open. You will then need to save your changes into the file and then use the "preview" button to see the results.
