C# C# Objects Methods Static vs Instance Methods

So as I understand

            Map map = new Map(8, 5); //the capital Width and Height gets passed here

            Point point = new Point(4, 2); //the capital X and Y gets passed here

            Console.WriteLine(point.DistanceTo(5, 5)); //and the lower case x and y gets passed here

If I remember correctly, the constructor parameters actually have names starting with lower case, but inside the constructor they get copied to the field names that start with capitals. But otherwise, yes, it looks right.
