so my border is not appearing to show up on my ABOUT page. May someone please help?

Hello Matthew,

I took a look at this and turns out that the styles are right. The problem was that you forgot to close the block after #logo:

logo { float: left; margin-left: 5%; text-align: left; width: 45%}.
