[SOLVED] Unassociated labels

I am stumped. The following label is supposed to be a label only and not associated with anything. But the challenge fails and tells me not to associate it with anything. Does anyone know what is wrong with the syntax?

Mark-up looks good. Did you place it above the radio button group?
