Something is still not working. HELP!!!!

i feel like i have done everything right, but it still not working

First use an if statment to check if barCount is smaller then laps then throw the exeption inside the if statment. And donΒ΄t forget to insert the if statment before the variable declaration. And only change the provided code when itΒ΄s in the task^^
