Now set mFuelLevel the the value from the Intent. Check the Intent documentation if you need help finding the correct method to use. Use "FUEL_LEVEL" as the key and -1 as the default value.

FlightActivity.java

Use this:

    mFuelLevel=intent.getIntExtra("FUEL_LEVEL",-1);

You have to parse an intiger value not a string.

In your case: you created a new string variable only accessible in this function - protected void. You have to put in your public in mFuelLeveL -> you are changing that
