Sorry for the short answer before, I didn't read the challenge. It says "Change the HTML paragraph tag to an h1 tag." so you should change the paragraph (p) tag only "<p>Welcome to My Web Page!</p>" to the h1 tag "<h1>Welcome to My Web Page!</h1>". The rest you can leave as it is, except the second task in the CSS file. I hope this helps!
