Storing company code in Escrow for "Safe Keeping"

The board of our company wants to deposit large amounts of Java code in Escrow. Plus 10 years ( times 5+ full-time developers) amounts of code. Currently using GitHub, ZenHub.

The main purpose is to demonstrate that the code will be available to customers in the long run. We are a small company with a handful of customers.

We are based in Sweden, with customers spread around Europe. Maybe a US based solution is not the best from a legal standpoint.

1) What companies offer these kind of services?

(Found "Codekeeper" after a quick google. Our existing customers (large companies) want something that is (more?) legally and formally correct. (This of course contradicts the practical side of storing the latest released version, with updated documentation) )

2) We also want to be pragmatic and understand this task that requires a thoughtful approach. Are there any such features in GitHub, ZenHub? Any pointers on where to start are appreciated....
