string variable

Define a String variable named firstName that stores your name.

Set the value to your name.

Name.java 
// I have setup a java.io.Console object for you named console
String firstName = "Andrew"; 
printf console "Andrew can code in Java";
String Andrew="firstName";

I'm guessing you've already managed to solve the problem however if you haven't

String firstName = "Andrew";
console.printf("%s can code in Java!", firstName);
  • printf has to be called on console like so: console.printf()
