Stuck at "run bundle install"! [SOLVED]

EDIT:

Figured it out. I was using my phone as a hotspot, and with a slow network. I retried this when I came home (where there is wifi) and now it worked like a charm! ^_^ I just had to wait a few seconds. :)

When I type "rails new protokollen (the name of my application)" in the ruby on rails cmd, a script runs (as normal) but stops at "run bundle install". I've waited about 20 minutes now (I think), but it won't continue. If I try using the rvm command, it says thqat it's not a command.

so basically, u say it stuck at run bundle install, because u have slow connection?
