231,269 PointsYou nearly had task 1, just assign it instead of logging it (and don't quote your variable names):
var userName = id.toUpperCase();
Task two is just more of the same, and concatenating strings with the plus (+) operator:
var userName = id.toUpperCase() + '#' + lastName.toUpperCase();
