Stylesheet not being linked...

After completing this project (the react planets) and even using the project files' finished project, it doesn't link the app.css styles to my index.html or something... all I know is when I did it AND when I used Guil's files, the css file could be there or deleted and what showed on my browser was the same... any ideas? Thank you so much!
