Submitting iOS Apps

Hey everyone.

I haven't come across a guide to submitting apps that I felt was clear and straight forward. I know there is the apple docs that people can use to submit an app, but I don't find them easy to follow at all haha.

Be great if anyone knew some really good resources that outline the process of submitting apps to the App Store.

Thanks in Advance!

Hi Cameron,

Have a read of the below links, Apple have a very extensive guide which explains how to install your app using a package then submit it to the app store and so on, of course you will need a valid iOS developer license.

I was kind of hoping for an article that was written by someone so that it would include things like their experience and common pitfalls and errors they ran into. Thats what I'm after. For a company who can do things insanely simple from a UX point of view, the process and docs for submitting an app suck in my opinion.

EDIT. I just submitting an app, and with redesigned itunes connect, it is a much better experience. All of the certificates and profiles are largely done automatically and it is very clear now how to do it, plus testFlight is baked into the UI.
