Task 1 is no longer passing?

Hi, can someone please explain to me why it says "Task 1 is no longer passing". It was correct before and now it's "no longer passing." Please help. Thank you.

lists.py
states = [
    'ACTIVE',
    ['red', 'green', 'blue'],
    'CANCELLED',
    'FINISHED',
    5,
]
states.remove(5)
states.remove(5, 'green')
