I saved my HTML code on my computer, so the location is "E:/.../index.html". How can I test it in a Testing Tool website if they ask for a url (http: ...). What can I do to use the Testing Tool website for my HTML.

25,806 PointsIf you use Google Chrome you can test your site using the Developer Tools. Open up the Developer Tools, then on top bar of the Developer Tools to the right you'll see a magnifying glass icon and a smartphone icon next to it. Click on the smartphone icon and you can choose from a number of different devices.

If you don't have dropbox, you can set up a local server from your computer. Here is a tutorial video-> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QAQsXDi1mBw
I hope this helps!
