Does anyone know the text editor that Chalkers is using?

Those tooltips around the 2:25 mark look pretty helpful when looking over code.

I got Visual Studio and was confused as to why it was so different.

Hiya there! Its just that he is using different packages and additional plugins for his own development environment. You could do the same with your editor. So many extensions exists out there and You can defo take advantage of 'em right from your editor. Here are instructions to help ya Managing VS Code Extensions.
