You don't need the angular brackets when declaring a CSS rule for an element.

It should look like this:

h1 { text-align: right; color:red; }

Remember to end each CSS property with a semicolon and close all your HTML tags (your h1 tag is wide open.)

You forgot a semicolon in styles after property red and you didn't close you h1 with </h1> close tag. Hope it help (may be I didn't understand what you wanted as your goal description is short).
