Hey Sherri Hazlewood,

This question is simple. Sometimes we just need to read the question carefully to see what the question is saying. Seems simple, but its true!

Here we go my friend (I want to answer this question so you understand how I got the answer myself):

The code below has a RelativeLayout variable named mealLayout (here we know the RelativeLayout is named mealLayout). Change the background color of this layout to green. Use the constant Color.GREEN.

import android.os.Bundle;
import android.widget.TextView;

public class MealActivity extends Activity {

    @Override
    public void onCreate(Bundle savedInstanceState) {
        super.onCreate(savedInstanceState);
        setContentView(R.layout.activity_meal);

        TextView foodLabel = (TextView) findViewById(R.id.foodTextView);
        TextView drinkLabel = (TextView) findViewById(R.id.drinkTextView);
        RelativeLayout mealLayout = (RelativeLayout) findViewById(R.id.mealLayout);
        mealLayout.setBackgroundColor(Color.GREEN);
        // here is the RelativeLayout named mealLayout
    }
}
