The color changed in the scene and game view

What are the causes of the change of color and texture of the game? For example : https://teamtreehouse.com/library/unity-basics/the-3d-vq

the video showed that the appearance of the game doesn't look like when it was first created.

I have this problem too when I build the project to WebGL, but not web player or for windows.
