the document.write() doesn't call a method

it just gives me this error what did I do wrong?

while( count > 27){
  count +=1;
  document.write("this is count no" + count);
}

It never enters the while loop:

var count = 0;
while( count > 27){

because on first iteration count isn't greater than 27.
