Game Development How to Make a Video Game Player Input and Cameras Make a Follow Camera

The "How to make a video game" tutorial's "Make a Follow Camera" step makes my frog gigantic.

My code runs great, but when my Follow Camera script is activated on the Inspector window my frog gets bigger than the screen. It is doing its intended purpose of zooming out from the frog's position, but the giant frog is a feature I wasn't expecting.

As far as I can tell, my code matches that given in the tutorial:

using UnityEngine;
using System.Collections;

public class FollowCamera : MonoBehaviour {

    [SerializeField]
    private Transform player;
    [SerializeField]
    private Vector3 offset;
    private float cameraFollowSpeed = 5f;

    // Update is called once per frame
    void Update () {
        Vector3 newPosition = player.position = offset;

        transform.position = Vector3.Lerp (transform.position, newPosition, cameraFollowSpeed * Time.deltaTime);

    }
}

Why is the frog getting big when this code is activated?

Never mind. I had a "=" instead of a "+".

Thanks anyway.
