9,255 PointsThere was an error with your code: ReferenceError: Can't find variable: target
I'm having difficulty passing this code challenge, am I using attr() incorrectly or do I need to write additional code for this to function?
Thanks!
$("#external a").attr(target, "_blank");

there's a couple of errors in your js script:
$("#external a").attr(target, "_blank");
First with #
you select the id not the class and you need to reverse with the a
at the beginning, second you must surround target
with quotes.
See my code:
$("a.external").attr("target", "_blank");
