there was only a gray screen and no video, how do I get the video?

I have audio and the title on the page but nothing else is happening on the screen

Try refreshing your browser or using a different browser (it's handy to have multiple browsers installed for testing purposes anyway).

Yeah, it's an odd one, I download the videos to watch on my train journey to work on firefox, sometimes I cant save the links (it trys to save a .htm file instead of the mp4) but chrome works fine. Glad it worked for you.
