If you checked all of the marks above, make sure that you typed "OnTriggerEnter" function correctly =)

Hi Rudy!

It is most likely an issue with your script or with a component on the Player game object. Double check to see if you have playerparticles selected in the Pickup Prefab slot on the Player game object. If you do, I would work backwards to see if the Pickup Particles Destruction (Script) is attached to the PlayerParticles prefab. Last, I would make sure the Pickup Particles Destruction (Script) itself has no errors.
