For the one that asks "How would you get all of the key & value pairs from the form?", the answer is mostly covered in the Forms video at about 6:10. The rest of the answer is just knowing the common method used on a dictionary to get the keys and values.

And the answer to the one that asks you to 'Set a cookie named "name" to "Treehouse"' is covered in the Cookies video starting at about 2:30.
