Assuming the sole purpose of the code is to create and show the alert, this code is a suitable replacement for the video example.

But be aware that in the video, the contents of "shout" are changed to be upper case, where this code only shows the alert in upper case while leaving the contents of "shout" with the original casing.

Also, I think that you should have only one instruction per line, in order to improve clarity of your code.
