This code works in the treehouse workspace, but when I try to submit it to pass the challenge, it's rejected.

Super confused. Please help! My code even seems identical to the code from this user: https://teamtreehouse.com/community/i-cant-figure-our-what-am-i-doing-wrong-while-the-code-passes-correctly-though-the-terminal-of-my-mac

... but mine continues to be rejected.

It's either a typo, or you misread the instructions (easily done on this one).

The challenge is looking for patterns composed of periods and underscores, but your code is generating patterns with periods and hyphens instead.

Wow. That is embarrassing.

Really appreciate your help Steven :) Onward and upward.
